1. Membership & Eligibility

Frontier Runner is a members-only platform. You must create an account with accurate personal details (name, email, phone number and city) to browse, join or organize events. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Platform Role — Intermediary Only, Not an Event Organizer

Frontier Runner ("the Platform", "the Company") is a technology platform that only allows members to discover, list, share and coordinate running events among themselves. The Company is not an event organizer, promoter, sponsor, insurer, race director, medical provider or safety authority for any event listed on the Platform, and is not a party to any agreement, arrangement or transaction (including any reward, prize or donation) made between members. The Company does not inspect, supervise, staff, approve or guarantee the safety, legality, route conditions or conduct of any event, organizer or participant.

3. Assumption of Risk & Release of Liability

Running, walking and related physical activity carry inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, cardiac events, exhaustion, dehydration, road and traffic hazards, uneven terrain, adverse weather, crowd conditions, and risks arising from the acts or omissions of other members, organizers or third parties. By creating an account, and by organizing, joining or attending any event discovered through the Platform, you voluntarily and knowingly assume all such risks, and you release, waive and discharge the Company, its owners, directors, employees, contractors and affiliates from any and all claims, demands or causes of action arising from bodily injury, illness, disability, death, or damage to or loss of personal property, howsoever caused, that you or any other person may suffer before, during or after an event.

4. No Liability for Loss, Damage or Legal Consequences

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall have no responsibility or liability whatsoever — civil, financial, legal or otherwise — for: (a) any accident, injury, disability or death; (b) any loss of or damage to property, whether belonging to a member, organizer, third party or the public; (c) any financial loss, including loss of prize money, rewards, sponsorship funds or donations; (d) any dispute, breach of law, permit violation, public nuisance, traffic offence, or other unlawful act committed by an organizer, member or third party in the course of arranging or attending an event; or (e) any other loss, damage or legal implication of any kind, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), statute or otherwise, connected with the use of the Platform or participation in any event arranged or discovered through it. The Company's role is strictly limited to providing the software tools that allow members to communicate and coordinate; the Company does not undertake, and expressly disclaims, any duty of care to supervise or ensure the safety or legality of any event.

5. Organizing Events — Organizer Responsibility

If you create or organize an event, you are solely and personally responsible for: the accuracy of the start point, end point, date, time and capacity you publish; obtaining any permits, permissions, insurance or municipal approvals required for the event; the safety arrangements, medical support and crowd management at the event; and complying with all applicable laws in connection with the event, including in relation to any prize money, sponsorship or charitable collection you offer. Organizers of charity and prized events must provide a valid contact number so participants can reach them directly. The Company does not verify, audit or guarantee any of the above, and accepts no legal, financial or criminal liability for an organizer's acts or omissions.

6. Rewards, Prizes & Charity Contributions

Rewards (medals, cash prizes, vouchers or certificates) are offered at the sole discretion of the event organizer, not the Company. Any prize money, vouchers or charity contributions referenced on an event listing are arranged, held and disbursed directly between the organizer, sponsors, charities and participants. The Company is not a party to, does not guarantee, and holds no funds in connection with, these arrangements, and bears no responsibility if a reward is delayed, disputed, misused or not honoured.

7. Messaging & Code of Conduct

The in-app message bar and any contact numbers shared by organizers are provided solely so members and organizers can coordinate event logistics. Messages must be respectful and used only for genuine event-related communication. Harassment, spam, fraud, or misuse of contact details shared through the Platform may result in suspension of membership, and is the sole responsibility of the individual member concerned, not the Company.

8. Cancellations & Changes

Organizers may reschedule or cancel an event at their discretion; the Company will reflect such changes as soon as they are reported but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy and bears no liability for losses arising from a cancellation, postponement or change made by an organizer.

9. Privacy

Your name, email, phone number and city are shared with event organizers only when you join their event, so they can contact you about logistics. Please review our separate Privacy Policy for full details on how member data is stored and used.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and its owners, directors, employees and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or connected with: your use of the Platform; your organizing of, participation in, or attendance at any event; your breach of these Terms; or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.

11. No Warranty; Limitation of Liability Cap

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Where any liability of the Company cannot be excluded under applicable law, such liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted, and in no event shall the Company's aggregate liability to any member exceed the amount (if any) paid by that member to the Company in the twelve months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded (for example, liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by proven gross negligence of the Company itself, as opposed to an organizer or another member).

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Frontier Runner after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection or other statutory rights a member may have that cannot be waived by agreement.

1. What We Collect

When you sign up, we collect your full name, email address, phone number and home city. When you create or join an event, we store the event details you provide (title, category, start/end points, date, time, capacity, reward details, contact number) and any messages you send through the in-app message bar.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use this information to run your member account, show you relevant nearby events, let you organize and join events, and enable the reward and messaging features. We do not sell member data to third parties.

3. What We Share With Event Organizers

When you join an event, the organizer of that event can see your name, and your phone number and email may be shared so they can contact you about event logistics, safety instructions or reward pickup. Organizers are independently responsible for how they use this information once shared, subject to the Terms & Conditions and Organizer Agreement.

4. Data Storage & Retention

Member and event data is retained for as long as your account is active, and for a reasonable period afterward to resolve disputes, enforce our Terms, or comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app or by contacting us.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and may withdraw from optional features (such as offering or receiving rewards) at any time. Certain event-related records may be retained where required for safety, financial or legal record-keeping.

6. Cookies & Analytics

This version of Frontier Runner does not use advertising cookies. If analytics or cookies are introduced in the future, this Policy will be updated and members will be notified.

7. Children's Privacy

Frontier Runner is intended for members who are at least 18 years old, or who meet the minimum age of digital consent in their jurisdiction with a parent or guardian's permission. We do not knowingly collect data from children below this age.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of Frontier Runner after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.

1. Be Respectful

Treat every member, organizer and volunteer with courtesy — at events, in the message bar, and in event descriptions. No harassment, hate speech, or discriminatory behaviour of any kind.

2. Show Up Prepared & Safe

Know your own fitness level before joining a run, especially longer or timed events. Follow the organizer's instructions on the day, wear appropriate gear, and don't hesitate to drop out if you're unwell — no event is worth risking your health for.

3. List Events Honestly

If you're organizing, publish accurate start/end points, distance, capacity and reward details. Don't advertise a reward, prize or charitable cause you don't intend to honour — this damages trust for the whole community.

4. Keep Messaging On-Topic

Use the message bar for event logistics — meeting points, timing changes, what to bring. Please don't use it, or an organizer's shared contact number, for unrelated solicitation or spam.

5. Protect the Integrity of Rewards & Charity Runs

Fake charity events, misrepresented prize money, or manipulating participant counts to look more popular than an event really is can get a listing removed and a membership suspended.

6. Report Issues

If an organizer or member behaves inappropriately, or an event doesn't match what was listed, report it through the app so we can look into it and keep the community trustworthy.

7. Consequences

Depending on severity, violations of these Guidelines may lead to a warning, event removal, or suspension of your Frontier Runner membership.

1. Accuracy of Your Listing

You are responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish — start and end points, date, time, distance, capacity and category. Frontier Runner does not verify routes, venues or your ability to safely run the event you describe.

2. Permits & Legal Compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining any permits, police or municipal permissions, road-closure approvals, or insurance required to legally hold your event, particularly for larger charity or prized events. Frontier Runner does not obtain or verify these on your behalf.

3. Safety & Medical Arrangements

You are responsible for reasonable safety arrangements at your event — route marshals, water stations, first-aid or medical support appropriate to the size and distance of your event. Frontier Runner has no role in supervising or staffing your event.

4. Handling Rewards, Prize Money & Charity Funds

If you offer a reward, prize or collect charity contributions, you are solely responsible for holding, awarding and accounting for these funds or items. Frontier Runner does not process, hold or guarantee any prize money, sponsorship funds or donations connected with your event, and does not charge any fee for organizing or joining events.

5. Contact Number Requirement

For charity and prized events, you must provide a valid contact number so participants can reach you directly about logistics, safety or reward pickup. Providing a false or unreachable number is a breach of this Agreement.

6. Liability & Indemnification

As set out in the Terms & Conditions, you — not Frontier Runner — bear legal and financial responsibility for incidents, disputes, injuries or losses connected with an event you organize, and you agree to indemnify Frontier Runner against claims arising from your event.

7. Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, update your listing as soon as possible so participants and Frontier Runner can reflect the change. You are responsible for communicating changes to anyone who has already joined.

8. Agreement to the Terms & Conditions

This Organizer Agreement supplements, and should be read together with, the Frontier Runner Terms & Conditions and Community Guidelines.
